CHICAGO (June 26, 2024) - US Womens National Team head coach Emma Hayes has named the 18-player roster plus four alternates for the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris.
The roster includes a mix of experienced veterans and rising stars, with several players making their Olympic debuts. The team will be led by captain Becky Sauerbrunn, who will be making her fourth Olympic appearance.
The USWNT is looking to win its fifth Olympic gold medal in Paris. The team has won the gold medal in each of the last three Olympics, and it is considered one of the favorites to win again in 2024.
The team will open its Olympic campaign on July 24 against New Zealand. The USWNT will also face Australia and Japan in Group G.
