Amazon Connect enables you to create multiple instances of its service. To begin working with Amazon Connect, you'll need to set up at least one instance.
Steps to Set Up an Amazon Connect Instance
- Create an Amazon Connect account.
- Decide on the best region for your contact center based on where your customers are located.
- Select the type of instance you want to create – a production or a development instance.
- Provide a name for your instance.
- Review and accept the terms of service.
- Click "Create instance.".
