The 2023 NASCAR Cup race at Talladega ended under caution, with Kyle Busch earning his 62nd career NASCAR Cup win. Busch led 72 of the 117 laps, including the final 13 laps after a caution came out on lap 104. The race was marred by several accidents, including a massive crash on lap 5 that involved 16 cars. Austin Dillon, who was leading the race at the time, was involved in the crash and finished 21st.
